If an emergent situation arises and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you have the following two options: (1) contact me within 24 hours of your scheduled session to reschedule; or (2) request to receive your full deposit (this request must also be sent within 24 hours. If neither option is taken, your deposit will not be returned. For rushed services, a flat price of $40.00 will be added to your total.
